License price is $30 per year.
To get a license (or to renew it) you will need to copy your License ID (this can be done by pressing the Copy to clipboard button on the License tab) and send it as a comment to the payment.
To see the License ID needed to run the poker client and login. If it still not displayed, then check that you have English version of partypoker client and both PartyCaption and partypoker client are configured to run as admin.
You can pay for a license in the following ways:

Payments will be processed within 24 hours. You can check the license status by running the program and log in to the poker client. To update the status of the license without restarting the program, you can click the Refresh button on the License tab.
If the previous license has expired at the time of payment, then license will be activated for a period of one year.
If the previous license has not expired (including a trial license), the existing license will be extended for 365 days.
